Chloe Yao

Chloe graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) Degree from the National University of Singapore. She was awarded the NUS Business Dean’s Scholarship in 2008 for outstanding academic and leadership achievements.Her interests include Product Management, Agile Coaching, Personal Finance and Entrepreneurship . In 2013, she was a semi-finalist in the 14th Start-up @ Singapore competition. Chloe was also a CEA-certified RES, with prior sales and investment experience in the real estate industry. Previously, Chloe was a Lead Delivery Manager at GovTech’s Government Digital Services division, where we designed and developed tech products for public good. Examples include the Business Grant Portal, a Due Diligence Platform and SafeEntry. With experience in enterprise development and in running large-scale Agile projects, she strives to speak the language of both technology and business. Today, Chloe is a Programme Management Lead in TikTok, leading a group of talented programme managers to drive and implement safety strategies across policy-tech-ops to keep our platform safe.
