Son Nguyen is the founder and CEO of Dat Bike, an innovative company recognized by the Vietnam Ministry of Transportation as the creator of the first Made-in-Vietnam electric bike.
Son pursued his academic journey in the US, earning both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. Son served as a senior software engineer at Addepar, a prominent company based in Silicon Valley.
In 2019, he returned to Vietnam to leverage his engineering experience and commitment to sustainable transportation. Son is leading Dat Bike towards redefining the future of mobility in Vietnam with cutting-edge electric vehicles.
