His experience includes helping clients understand their risk profile as US listed company (as opposed to as a private or public company in Asia) and placing Directors & Officers Liability Insurance to protect both the company and individual directors & officers. Aon places cover for hundreds of US listed companies annually, and is the leading trading partner for the insurers who underwrite D&O risk for Asian companies listed in the USA, which allows us significant leverage in negotiating coverage, premiums and claims . We harness the data derived from these placements to bring insights on limits, premium and coverage so clients can make informed decisions when purchasing cover. Equally importantly Aon has negotiated the payment of USD4b in claims for clients in this sector.
Justin has been based in Asia for more than 15 years, holding roles within the Asia regional team and for Aon Hong Kong. Prior to that he was based in London.
