Lay Hong Lee

Ms Lee is Managing Director of Flexstone Partners, based in the Singapore office. Prior to Flexstone, Ms Lee was with Eagle Asia Partners, an independent fund of funds management firm that she started with a few other founders. Eagle Asia was focused on private equity investments in Asia. Ms. Lee has more than twenty years’ experience in private equity investments. Prior to founding Eagle, Ms. Lee was the Senior Vice President in TIF Ventures, the private equity investment arm of the Economic Development Board, a Singapore Government agency, which manages private equity assets in excess of US$1.5 billion. Ms Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore.
