Iesan Tsai

Iesan is based in Singapore and is Head of Asia, leading the sourcing, due diligence and monitoring of Hermes GPE’s funds and co-investments in the region. She is also responsible for client development in the region She joined Hermes GPE in 2012 and has eight years of private equity experience.  She was previously an associate director in the technology investment banking group at UBS. Prior to that, Iesan worked in the real estate private equity group at JP Morgan Asset Management and began her career at the private equity firm H&Q Asia Pacific. Iesan holds a BA in International Relations and Human Biology from Stanford University, an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
